Questions
What kinds of recurrence can I set up?
Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly ones, for example a fixed day of every month, the second Thursday, or every quarter. Tasks are created automatically 90 days ahead.
Does Idus suit a bookkeeper who works alone?
Yes. The free plan includes up to 5 clients and one extra user. The Start plan is meant for a solo practitioner with a bigger client base.
Is time tracking compulsory?
No. The timer is used as needed and the report shows only the time recorded.
Is Idus bookkeeping software?
No. Idus organises work, deadlines and hours, and the books themselves are not kept in it. Keep using your current bookkeeping software for that.
Are the files attached to a task protected?
Yes. Files are private and open only to workspace members, never through a public address.
How is the price set?
A fixed monthly price per company, not per user. The plans and their limits are in the pricing table above.
