Questions
Is the worker’s location tracked continuously?
No. Location is recorded only with time events: starting, breaks, changing sites and finishing. Location is not tracked in the background.
What if the location cannot be read?
The time is saved anyway. A record without a location is flagged for the manager to review.
What does a worker need?
An ordinary smartphone with a web browser. If a crew member has no phone, the foreman can record their time along with their own.
Do subcontractors’ people get into our workspace?
No. They get a partner access that shows only their own time and the works given to them. They do not become members.
How do the hours reach payroll?
On the paid plans the timesheet exports as a CSV file that opens in Excel and suits payroll.
Does Idus submit the quote in the procurement register?
No. Idus finds the tenders, gathers the documents and drafts the quote. You submit it yourself in the procurement register.
How is the price set?
A fixed monthly price per company, not per worker: Start €49 for up to 10 workers, Pro €89 for up to 50 (prices exclude VAT). The free plan includes up to 3 workers and one site. For a larger team, write to us.
